Tuesday Thingers

Today's Question: What's the most popular book in your library? Have you read it? What did you think? How many users have it? What's the most popular book you don't have? How does a book's popularity figure into your decisions about what to read? (yes, I am a little late on this!)

The most popular book in my library is The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Yes, I have read and I did enjoy it. I felt like I just about HAD to read because everybody was reading it. It is not normally a book I would have picked up, but I am glad I did. 23, 341 members of Library Thing have the book in their library. I don't have the most popular book in my library...Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. I do have it in my school library and I have actually read it, but I have not put it in my LT library, yet... I think a book's popularity does figure into my decision to read it or not, sometimes, but not always. I guess I think if other people like it, I will enjoy it also.
